If you are a groupbooking multiple apartments in the same house, please note that each apartment has a different owner. Therefore, all inventory (e.g., cups, plates, chairs, etc.) must remain in its designated apartment.
Quiet hours: Please respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the apartment tidy. Please wash the dishes and dispose of all rubbish, including any outside the apartment. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Apartment inventory: All furnishings and inventory must remain in their designated apartments.
Shoes: Shoes, as well as any ski or snowboard equipment, are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Outdoor equipment: Any outdoor equipment, such as ski poles or bicycles, may not be stored or used in the flat.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment under any circumstances.
Respect: Please treat the property, neighbors, and fellow guests with respect.
Key: A lost key will result in a replacement fee of CHF 100.00.
Children in the pool: Children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. Zermatt Premium Apartments assumes no liability.
Parties & events: Parties and events are not permitted.
Illegal activity: The use or possession of illegal substances or participation in illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
We kindly ask you to keep this in mind and follow the house rules.
Please note that if the apartment is left in poor condition and requires more than the standard cleaning, an additional cleaning fee will be charged per hour.
Damages must be reported and will be charged accordingly. We kindly ask you to come forward in good faith.
Garbage bags that have not been disposed of will be charged at CHF 50.00 per bag.
