Arrival to Switzerland/Zermatt

Upon arrival, please come directly to the house booked for your holiday accommodation in Zermatt. We recommend taking an electric taxi from the train station or one of the taxi stands. You can also use our taxi service, where we order a taxi for you and it is ready upon your arrival.

On the day of arrival, you can move into your holiday accommodation in Zermatt from 5 pm on. You will receive the check-in information the days prior to your arrival via e-mail. Check-in is possible until 10 pm. After that, we can no longer guarantee you will be able to check in to your vacation home.

We ask you to leave the apartment on the day of departure no later than 10 am.

If you can store your luggage in the house before arrival or after departure the best is that you contact us as unfortunately, this is not possible in all houses.

Travel to Zermatt

Zermatt is located in the south of Switzerland at an altitude of 1,620 meters. The mountain resort is only a few hours away from the international airports of Zurich, Geneva and Milan. You can easily reach Zermatt from all directions and have the choice of which means of transport you want to travel with:

• Arrival by train: The railway (SBB) has a direct connection to the modern railway of the BVZ Zermatt Railway in Brig. The Zermatt railway runs directly through the romantic Vispertal in the Alps to Zermatt and takes about 60 minutes from Visp.
• Arrival by car: The road is accessible until Täsch, which is 4.8 kilometers before Zermatt. Here you can park your car in a parking garage or a public parking lot. We can organise the parking for the duration of your stay.
  From Täsch, shuttle trains run every 20 minutes to Zermatt and you can also take a taxi from there.
• Arriving by helicopter: Air Zermatt operates the heliport port in Zermatt, where you can book your helicopter flight.
