The spacious 3½ room attic flat with 92 m2 gross floor area in the popular Winkelmatten area, has two bedrooms with space for up to 4 people. The well-divided flat over 2 floors in the attic was completely renovated in 2022 and equipped to a high standard and has 2 bathrooms (shower/WC).From the living area and the south-facing balcony you have a wonderful and very sunny view of the Matterhorn.
Furthermore, there is a fully equipped kitchen which is equipped with all comforts such as glass ceramic hob, oven, Nespresso coffeemaker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, French press, toaster and fondue set.
For the first day of the rental, a starter set with rubbish bag, coffee, lavender, soap and shampoo is provided.
In the living room you will find a modern LCD TV with international cable TV and DVD player, as well as free Wi-Fi.
